Visiting New Life

First, we'd like to say Welcome!

Whether you're just seeking some information about God and you're not sure where you are spiritually, or your a long-time church-goer, New Life welcomes you.  We hope you'll find this a safe place to explore your beliefs, learn about the bible and hear from other people how God is at work in their lives.

You may wonder what you'll find before you come to church ... what to wear, what our worship style is, how early to come, etc.

We're a fairly casual church.  We often wear jeans, shorts, khakis, etc., to church on Sunday -- because we want everyone to feel comfortable. Parking is available in the front of the church, and handicap parking is available around the back. Our worship style is contemporary, and we sing many of the choruses you might hear on Christian radio. Learn more about our worship.

Feel free to come as early as 10:00 a.m. to enjoy some coffee and donuts and meet a few people. Our worship team is often practicing in the sanctuary until about 10:15 a.m. ... so don't feel like you're coming in late. We start the service around 10:30, sometimes the worship team starts singing a little early ... as kind of a nudge to get people moving toward the sanctuary.  If you're a few minutes late, don't worry, please come on in.

If you're visiting, please don't feel like you have to give an offering.  New Lifers consider it an honor and a privilege to give, and believe that God loves a cheerful giver.

If you're new or fairly new to our church, please fill out one of our welcome and communications cards in your church bulletin and take it to the Welcome Center after Sunday service.  We'll give you a New Life mug with some goodies, and a welcome packet of information about our church.

Several times a year the senior pastor holds a Newcomer's Class that talks a little more in depth about our beliefs and our church body.

And you're always welcome to ask a pastor or leader (Ralph, Steven and Jennifer) or other church member any questions you have about God or about our church.

We're here to help you learn about and connect with God, and with other people!
